Heidi came home around 9:30AM after over 24 hours at the hospital and we headed over to Sprewell Bluff State Park. Heidi took a cat nap on the drive there and then she was ready to roll. I’m amazed at how she is able to muster up the energy to chase Trey around after such long hours.

We hiked up to the overlook for a short while but spent most of our time in the river. Trey never gets tired of throwing rocks in the water. Heidi got a bit too much sun. And I entertained myself by stacking & balancing rocks a la Andy Goldsworthy. Overall it was a wonderful family outing!
