Now that Trey is older he enjoys playing outside a lot more. This has given me a chance to work on my garden a bit more than in the past. Since we traveled so much this winter I’ve gotten a late start on planting but I’m still giving it a try.

I’ve got a much more varied crop this year. Tomatoes, carrots, jalapeños, radishes, lettuce, spinach, snap peas, chives, basil, oregano, and parsley. I’m going to also give broccoli and onions a try. Hopefully it isn’t too late – the Florida heat comes quick around here and is brutal to some of the plants.
