As in years past, this Halloween weekend we took Trey to our church‘s Fall Festival. It’s a great, kid-friendly, not-so-scary, costume-sporting event. They have lots of game and craft stations setup, a hay-ride, cake walk, and lots of other activities. At the end of the afternoon, they have a costume parade where each kid gets to show off his or her costume and they give out door-prizes (we won a giant gallon ziplock bag full of candy – just what we needed!).
