Bouzigues Oysters

An HDR image of a boat on the shores of Bouzigues, FranceEach time we’ve visited the Darriets in Southern France they have treated us a wonderful meal with oysters from the town of Bouzigues. Bouzigues is on a lagoon separated from the Mediterranean by a thin strip of land where the city of Sete sits. The town is best known for its oysters which are raised and harvest in thousands of racks or bags in the lagoon’s brackish waters.
