We didn’t get or make Trey a costume this year for Halloween. We aren’t opposed to costumes or even Halloween, we’ve just been too busy and hadn’t thought about it.
Like many churches, Tabernacle Baptist was having a Fall Festival with games and candy as an alternative to trick-or-treating (those I think most kids did both). We took Trey there and he had a blast!
There were all sorts of “booths” setup with games and each one was really simple with one goal – make it easy for the kid to win candy. The great thing was that Trey wasn’t all that interested in the candy… he just loved the games.
