It’s a whoppin’ 10 hour drive from Macon to Richmond and our generous friends the Carlsons near Winston-Salem, NC have given us a place to stay the night and break up the long trip. Today was their eldest daughter’s birthday so Trey and I got to participate in the festivities.
As Trey gets older he is becoming more and more of a flirt. He is quite fond of Morgan Carlson and spent a lot of time this evening serenading her with his guitar skills.
We hit the road again tomorrow to make the last 4 hours of the trip to Gramma’s house. Thanks for letting us stay the night Carlsons!
