All week we’ve been in Macon sleeping on the floor, eating off a trunk for a table, painting into the wee hours of the morn’, raking leaves in the yard, washing walls, vacuuming floors, and so on…

Trey has been a great little helper. As Heidi rakes the yard he picks up leaves and puts them in a box (then dumps them out once it’s full). I planted some veggies in pots on the deck and Trey helped re-arrange them and water them (over and over and over again). He’s no longer afraid of the vaccum cleaner and loves to help push it around (until he pulls it over onto himself).

Today we drive back to Florida to say our goodbyes and load a U-Haul with our big furniture. This time next week we should be official Georgia residents.
